This is an extremely popular event and will feature over 50 major exhibitors. There are also 2 exclusive fashion shows starting at 11am and 1pm so why not come along.

Where and when
The exhibition will be open to the public from 10am – 3pm on Sunday 14th April 2013

Access for those with disabilities
The Venue offers full disabled access. There are a number of disabled parking spaces within the hotel grounds, please contact the event organiser if you require more assistance.

Exhibition set-up
Exhibitors will be able to set up their stand on the day of the event. The doors will open at 8am to exhibitors. Exhibitors can park outside the grand hall and have direct access into the hall, please ask the organiser for any directions if needed.

Exhibition breakdown
Exhibitors are not permitted to remove their stands until the exhibition closes at 3.00pm on Sunday 14th April 2013. Any exhibitor who packs down before the close of the exhibition will jeopardise their chance of exhibiting at any subsequent Wedding Fayre.

Exhibition stands
A table, 2 chairs and a tablecloth will be provided. Exhibitors are free to put up their own pop up stands within their space which will be clearly marked, please check carefully the stand dimensions you have booked to make sure that your materials fit.

Health & Safety
It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to ensure that their contractor, employees, displays and exhibits comply with the latest legislation regarding health & safety at work. For further information please visit www.hse.gov.uk

Exhibition furniture
Chairs and table are available and included in the price of the stand, please notify us of your requirements on the booking form and please state if you require electricity.

Electricity supply to exhibition stands
It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to ensure that all pieces of electrical equipment have a current Portable Appliance Test (PAT) Certification. Please ensure that all equipment is suitable for use during the exhibition.

Food and refreshments
Refreshments are available to purchase from the Hilton Avisford if required.

Exhibitor name badges
2 name badges will be supplied to each stand.

Insurance
The Exhibitor shall indemnify the Organisers against all claims, damages and expenses whatsoever and whether arising from the Organiser’s negligence or otherwise, arising out of the presence of the Exhibitor, his or her servants, agents, exhibits, vehicles or equipment in the venue and shall assume full responsibility therefore. Acceptance of the foregoing provisions shall be a condition of exhibiting at the event. Exhibitors are advised to insure against fire and other appropriate risk not only as regards their own property but also against any third party claims.
A copy of your public liability insurance must be readily available on the day of the event.

Important information
We must have a copy of your public liability insurance sent in with your booking form, bookings will not be complete until we have a copy of your insurance.
Risk assessment of your stand will be required on the day.

First aid
If you require First Aid, please notify the organiser.

Security
The organisers cannot accept the responsibility for any loss, damage or accident that may occur to exhibitor’s property.
Please ensure that you have taken adequate precaution to secure valuable items.

Making the most of exhibiting
Through extensive pr and marketing campaigns, we work to attract as many visitors to the event as we can, but as an exhibitor you can play a part in increasing foot traffic on the day itself. Invite current/prospects- each exhibitor will be supplied with free exhibition vouchers to assist in inviting current contacts and prospective clients. Make sure your stand is attractive – distinguishing your stand from your competitors making it visible, welcoming and attractive can make a difference in attracting prospective business.
