The Worthing Herald Business Awards

This event is on October 20, 2017 6:00 pm

Newspapers pride themselves on being first with the news – and I am delighted to share some breaking news with you today.

This year’s Worthing Herald Business Awards – for Shoreham, Lancing and Worthing – will potentially offer winners a bigger opportunity than ever before to raise their profile.

In addition to each category winner going through to our regional finals, the JP South Business Awards, all winners from the regions will also be considered for a national accolade.

Last year, the Worthing Herald group acquired its first national newspaper, the award-winning ‘i’, and all our Southern winners will have the chance to feature in The i’s 2018 national business awards.

Once again, the Worthing Herald awards evening will be a prestigious black tie event to be held in October in Worthing town.

As well as being supported by coverage in the Herald newspaper series we will be giving extensive updates on the Herald’s rapidly growing digital platforms – this includes our very popular social media pages.

Entry will be via

In addition to the Herald’s awards, we know that other groups are also organising the Adur and Worthing Business Awards which we no longer have a connection with. We wish them nothing but success and hope you will be encouraged to support both.

Whether you are a business planning to enter, a sponsor, or someone keen to support the local economy, we look forward to working with you.

My very best wishes
